NAEYC is conducting two training-of-trainer sessions in Washington, DC. These sessions are designed to provide program administrators and professional development specialists with the skills, knowledge, and materials to train the staff at their own center or school. Choose from:  

5/18/17 - Developmentally Appropriate Practice. Learn how to conduct a 5-module training program to help teaching staff understand the DAP core considerations, principles, and guidelines; effective teaching practices; child assessment; relationships with families; and teaching strategies.

5/19/17 - Classroom-Based Assessment of Preschoolers.  Learn how to conduct a 12-module training program to enhance teachers' knowledge of each child, support relationship building with children and families, and make informed instructional decisions.                      

 
Registration includes:

A light breakfast of bakery items, coffee and tea will be served along with an afternoon snack. Lunch will be on your own.
