NationaLease Members

To participate in the NationaLease System Meetings and attend their dinner on Tuesday evening, please select NationaLease Meetings & Dinner during the registration process. You will be charged $550 to participate in these meetings and events. This is in addition to the TRALA registration fee.

NationaLease Members are welcome to invite their spouses and/or guests to participate in the dinner on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 7 p.m.  There is a separate fee of $300 for this event. Please select NationaLease Spouse Fee to add this cost to your registration.

Any NationaLease Member or Sponsor that cancels within 30 days of the meeting or is a no-show, is only eligible for a 50% refund on the NationaLease fees paid. Any questions should be directed to Kate Barnes at

TRALA Additional Fees

All spouses and guests are welcome to participate in TRALA's Annual Meeting.  There is a registration fee of $295.  This allows spouses and guests to participate in meal functions and social events.

Technology Expo
TRALA will host its Technology Expo on Tuesday, April 9 and Wednesday, April 10. All Associate members are welcome to exhibit. The early-bird rate is $1190 for a 10′x10′ booth. The cost increases to $1290 on February 9, 2019. All 1st year Associate members receive a complimentary booth. All attendees, including spouses/guests, can register to participate in the golf tournament on Wednesday, April 10 which will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. This event is sponsored by Cummins. The cost is $209 for each participant. Please indicate on your registration form if you need golf club rentals which are $75 plus taxes per rental set which will be charged to your room. Please be aware that any on-site golf cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Polices

Registration Cancellation Policy
If you cancel in writing prior to March 29, 2019, your registration, including any extra costs such as golf, spouse fees and technology fair booth, will all be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after March 30 will only be eligible to receive a 50 percent refund of the total amount paid. No-shows will not be refunded.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
TRALA meeting attendees will handle their own hotel reservations directly through the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes. Please use the following link to make your reservations,  If you need to modify or cancel an existing reservation, it can be done directly through the hotel. The Ritz- Carlton Grande Lakes has a 24 hours cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival day to avoid a charge of one room night, tax and fees which will be charged by the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes to the card that was used to secure your reservation.  If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact TRALA's Shannon Davison at
