Hands-On: Limited Attendance

This course will allow interactive anatomic review utilizing traditional and fresh-like embalmed specimens to optimize application of oral, head and neck anatomy. We will focus on specific case scenarios to correlate relevant anatomy with patient examination and treatment optimization.

Clinical applications will provide practical application for general dentists and specialists in areas such as:

  • Hard and soft tissue examination of the dental patient
  • Diagnosis and management of orofacial compartment infections
  • Nerve injury treatment options
  • Cases will examine specific anatomy for challenging extraction scenarios

comments from past participants:

"I would definitely encourage dentists to take a course like this on a regular basis, especially if you are not regularly being exposed to practice challenges that come through anatomy. Being reminded of these things today will benefit my colleagues, my staff, and my patients. Thank you for presenting an excellent course!"

"Really enjoyed the course! A solid applied H+N anatomy course has been long overdue (for me!) Almost should be a required post doc course for license renewal!"

"The instructors were excellent with useful material for clinical use."

"Enjoyed dissections/demonstrations directly related to relevant surgical complications."
