The Project Harmony Trauma-Informed Steering Committee invites you to join the conversation – How can we effectively respond to children who may have experienced some form of trauma? To help guide the conversation, each month Project Harmony will host films related to the impact of trauma in lives of children and families. These films will vary length and scope - from documentary to commercial. Each show will start promptly at 12 p.m. followed by a facilitated discussion.
This month we are presenting "The Story of the Weeping Camel."
When a Mongolian nomadic family's newest camel colt is rejected by its mother, a musician is needed for a ritual to change her mind.
There will be a discussion following the screening. Feel free to bring your lunch, we will provide popcorn and we hope you can join us for this event!
