* Patrons receive two complimentary TRB Annual Meeting registrations. The same email addresses provided to TRB must be used by Patron employees to receive complimentary registration. Allow five business days before registering. If your designated employees register for the Annual Meeting before the five business days, they will be required to pay registration fees. If this occurs, TRB will process refunds after the Annual Meeting. No refunds are available for cancellations.

Specifications for Preparing Ads

1. Ad Preparation

Print-optimized, press-quality PDF files are preferred.
Alternatively, digital files (Mac or PC platform) are acceptable in the following programs: Indesign CS, QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator CS, or Adobe Photoshop CS.

2. Guidelines

· Include all artwork, fonts, and the document on the disk.

· Convert all type to outlines. Do not use True Type fonts.

· Do not use font attributes from the measurement palette, i.e., bold, italic, etc.

· Set all color to CMYK.

· Spot colors must be in the exact color in the final file, especially if duotones or colorized TIFF images are used.

· Set up all images as TIFF or EPS.

· Set bleeds according to the measurements listed above.

3. Color Reproduction

For accurate color reproduction please provide a high-end color proof such as Kodak Approval, Iris, or other dot-generated digital proof.
The accuracy of the color cannot be guaranteed if a color laser or low-res PDF is supplied.

4. Ad Submission

· Please submit the final ad file on a CD or transfer the file via an FTP site (e-mail instructions for downloading from the FTP); only send an ad file as an e-mail attachment if it is less than 8 MB in size; do not compress the file or save it in Zip format.
