NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics™, Inc. is excited to announce its SURGEON-TO-SURGEON MASTERCLASS SERIES scheduled for May 3rd – 4th in Minneapolis. This year marks the fifth anniversary of our Minneapolis course. The faculty will include Mark Dahl, MD and Christopher Iobst, MD.
Dr. Dahl is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of bone and joint deformities, limb lengthening and reconstruction, and knee arthritis. Dr. Iobst is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon specializing in limb lengthening and deformity correction. He has experience with both external and internal lengthening methods.
This course is reserved for surgeons who perform limb lengthening and reconstruction procedures. It is intended to cover the most important aspects of limb lengthening surgery. This course will include didactics, videos, and workshops. Key topics include preoperative planning, tips and tricks, technology review, clinical data, surgical techniques and options, and postoperative management. The expectation is that each surgeon attendee will leave the course with the tools and knowledge necessary to facilitate excellent clinical outcomes with the PRECICE® system.

Expenses:
NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics™ will pay for each surgeon attendee’s flight, hotel (max 2-night US surgeon, max 3-night OUS surgeon), educational dinner on May 3rd, breakfast and lunch during the course, and car service to and from the airport.

• Arrive Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on Wednesday, May 2nd (anytime)
• Depart Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport after 2 pm on Friday, May 4th

Course Times:
• May 3: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Interactive Lectures, Didactic Lab, Tips and Tricks, Etc.
• May 3: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm Educational Dinner
• May 4: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm Case Review, Workshops

NOTE: There will be a PRECICE® case following the course on May 4th at 1:30 pm. This case is limited to 4 course participants so please let us know if you would like to attend.

Distributor Attendance:
One of the course goals is to provide an environment conducive for surgeon-to-surgeon interaction. If an NSO sales professional would like to attend the course, this will be permitted, but we kindly ask that you be an observer only. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred.
