In this class you will learn how to use the Fleet Manager’s functions to create and maintain accounts, cards, vehicles and drivers. Individual processes reviewed will include selecting, creating and tying cards, drivers and vehicles along with the capability to cancel a card, replace damaged cards or reported lost and/or stolen cards. You will also learn how to view transactions and transaction details, search for cardholder accounts and transactions and see the latest Fleet Resources and Tools.
In the second half of the class you will learn how to create and run Management reports related to Purchase Alerts, Real Time Activity, Fuel Economy, Exceptions and Inventory. This robust and flexible reporting function allows you to select, filter, sort, run, schedule and share standard reports using the Standard Reports function and the Report Scheduler function. You can specify report criteria, including report-specific filters, to manage which information your report includes, select report sorting parameters to organize the finished report and the output option to meet your needs for viewing, manipulating or printing the report.
And finally you will be able to select and modify profiles, including setting authorization limits.
