The U.S. Payments Forum (formerly EMV Migration Forum) June 2017 in-person meeting will be a two-day All Member Meeting held June 21-22, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel.
This meeting is expected to draw attendees from all of the global payment brands and other stakeholders representing financial institutions, merchants, processors, acquirers, regional debit networks, device manufacturers and industry associations who have joined the U.S. Payments Forum. The meeting includes stakeholder updates on the status of EMV migration, panels and roundtables on key EMV or other new payments technologies topics, education sessions on both EMV and new payments technologies, and merchant and issuer special interest groups to discuss current topics and challenges. The meeting will also foster the progress being made by the working committees formed to address issues that require broad cooperation and communication among different stakeholders. Multiple breakout rooms will be used to support working sessions for attendees to explore in more detail the key challenges that the payments industry faces in moving to EMV and to discuss the implementation of other new and emerging payments technologies.
The meeting is open to U.S. Payments Forum members only. There is no fee for members to attend. As stipulated in the Forum bylaws, member organizations will be allowed a maximum number of participants to attend at no charge based on their level of membership

Registrations will be accepted until June 21, 2017. Seating will be limited, so registration may be cut off early if meeting space capacity is reached before the cutoff date.
The U.S. Payments Forum meeting will be held at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. The event will begin Wednesday, June 21st at 8:30 am with registration. The meeting agenda will start at 9:00 am and conclude at 5:00 pm. The meeting will resume at 9:00 am on Thursday, June 22nd and end at 3 pm.
An evening reception will be held on Wednesday, June 21st at 5:00 pm.
