Next Meeting

The U.S. Payments Forum March 2019 in-person meeting is being held March 11-13, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.  The March meeting is being held in conjunction with the 2019 Payments Summit conference on March 11-14.  The U.S. Payments Forum meeting begins on March 11th and will have an extended 3-Day format until March 13th to accommodate members wishing to attend the added Payments Summit conference sessions and activities.  Payments Summit conference sessions begin on March 12th and end on March 14th

For the second time, this meeting is being held in conjunction with the Secure Technology Alliance 2019 Payments Summit. The Payment Summit is the premier payments industry conference. U.S. Payments Forum members will have access to 3 days of conference sessions featuring over 120 speakers, open exhibition hall, networking receptions, and meal functions in addition to scheduled U.S. Payments Forum-only working committee meetings.
 
This meeting is expected to draw attendees from all of the global payment brands and other stakeholders representing financial institutions, merchants, processors, acquirers, regional debit networks, mobile services providers, device manufacturers and industry associations who have joined the U.S. Payments Forum. The meeting includes stakeholder updates on the status of EMV migration, panels and roundtables on non-EMV topics and other new payments technologies, education sessions on both EMV and new payments technologies, and special interest groups focused on merchants, issuers, and mobile to discuss current trends and challenges.  The meeting will also foster the progress being made by the working committees formed to address issues that require broad cooperation and communication among different stakeholders. Multiple breakout rooms will be used to support working sessions for attendees to explore in more detail the key challenges that the payments industry faces in moving to EMV and to discuss the implementation of other new and emerging payments technologies. 

The full 4 day Member Meeting and Payment Summit conference is open to all attendees, however the U.S. Payments Forum working committee sessions are open to U.S. Payments Forum members only. U.S. Payments Forum Members are welcome to attend the U.S. Payments Forum working committee sessions and the Payments Summit conference sessions. As stipulated in the Forum bylaws, member organizations will be allowed a maximum number of participants to attend at no charge based on their level of membership.  Additional member registrations are available for fee at the prevailing registration cost at the time of the registration.  PLEASE review the new registration fees schedule, including the dates for discounted registration prices for early registration.

Registrations will be accepted until March 11, 2019. Seating will be limited, so registration may be cut off early if meeting space capacity is reached before the cutoff date.

The U.S. Payments Forum meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. The event will begin, Monday, March 11th at 8:30 am and conclude at 5:30 pm on Thursday, March 13th. Payments Summit conference sessions begin on March 12thand end on March 14th.
