UHS 2016 President’s Circle Trip
Please register for the event and hotel accommodations using this registration link. All attendees must register by Friday, March 17.
All attendees and guests should arrive before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 23. There will be a Welcome to Hawaii Reception at 6 p.m. for all attendees and guests.
Pinnacle Award recipients and guests should arrive before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22. There will be a dinner in your honor at 6:30 p.m.
Airport shuttles will be available upon arrival to Maui. Greeters will be in the baggage claim areas with UHS signs and will direct you to the nearest shuttle.
Departure transportation on Thursday, April 27 to Maui Airport (OGG) will be available all day.
All attendees must book flights using Direct Travel as this will ensure that reservations are booked in the UHS President’s Circle Trip account and appear on our arrival/departure reports. If you book outside these parameters, your flight cost will not be covered by the UHS President’s Circle Trip budget and you will need to process through your individual cost center. Let them know you are calling in reference to the UHS President's Circle Trip in Maui. Please note, April is prime season for Hawaii, so secure your flight as soon as possible to ensure you get the flights you want.
In late-March, you will receive an e-mail to select activities for you and your guest. Some activities will have limited availability, so they will be confirmed on a first come basis. Some activities may have specific attire requirements and that will be noted in the communication.
