ULMA 2017 HIGHLIGHTS
The primary and ongoing goal of ULMA is to provide attendees with informative educational programs which are pertinent to our profession. As is customary, a group of our peers from across Texas will present various topics of interest pertinent to University Landscape Management. This year we will be focusing more on quality than quantity by providing speakers a bit more time than in the past to interact and answer questions.
In addition, we continue to rely heavily on our own membership to provide presentations showcasing their recent challenges and accomplishments, as well as, some of the management principles and practices which they employ.
Meet and Greet Cookout
Our traditional laid back Meet and Greet reception will take place Tuesday evening on the Inn’s patio and lawn located along the banks of Barons Creek. Come join us for this always special evening around the fire. The grill will be cooking, and the fire pit will be blazing. It’s a relaxed time to kick back with great food and drink while renewing old friendships, and hopefully, making some new ones.
Gifts and Prize Drawings
Throughout the Conference there will be numerous drawings for some very nice gifts and prizes. Included are gifts cards and items from local vendors that allow attendees to take a memorable bit of ULMA and Fredericksburg back home.
Spouses Are Always Welcome
Spouses are always welcome at ULMA, and are encouraged to attend any / all functions and meals. Total spouse registration for all three days is only $30
