What is Convention like?
It’s an information-loaded, energy-packed, two-day annual event where you’ll be empowered to grow your business beyond your wildest dreams.
We’ve arranged motivational speakers, break-out workshops, networking opportunities and our legendary Grand Awards Banquet for you. You’ll celebrate with, learn from and help mentor hundreds of your fellow Consultants from all corners of our country. Also, don’t be surprised if you find yourself dancing more than usual.
What is the refund policy for convention?
Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below:
There will be no refunds after May 25, 2017.
Can I transfer my registration to another consultant?
No, transfers are not allowed. Please see the cancellation policy.
What should I wear?
For most Convention events, including trainings and workshops, business-casual attire is appropriate. Most people get snazzy in cocktail or gala attire for the Grand Awards Banquet Saturday night.
What happens if I can’t attend after registering?
We hope you don’t have to miss out on the fun, but we understand that things happen. Here’s our cancellation policy:
*Immediate family includes a spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandchild, or grandparent.
Can I bring someone with me?
Your friends and family are more than welcome to join you for the trip to Tulsa, and one guest above the age of 18 may pay to attend Convention events with you for same cost as basic registration. They also may just attend the Grand Awards Banquet for $45. The Tulsa Convention and Visitor’s Bureau website has ideas for things to do around town while you’re in meetings.
Are babies allowed?
In consideration of increased attendance, you are welcome to bring nursing babies. A room will be available outside of the general sessions with video and sound so you can still enjoy the presentations. Workshops will be monitored and you will be asked to step out if your baby is distracting attendees or presenters.
We ask that you please excuse yourself with your little one should they begin to be noisy, even happy cooing can be distracting to others in the room. We also ask that you take your child out of a live session room if he/she starts walking/crawling around as it is very distracting for others in attendance. Feel free to take them into the designated room if they need to be mobile. Childcare will not be hosted by the event
