Who should attend?
Veterinarians, veterinary practice technicians, and the practice team manager. There are significant benefits from having two people from one practice attend the program. Attendees are better equipped to develop a more in-depth plan to help their business side of animal care practice.
Participants should follow the four program modules offered in this order: Human Resource Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Marketing, and Strategic Thinking. This is important since during the later modules, participants will have opportunities to interact with faculty from previous modules and discuss progress in implementing the new ideas developed during the program.
If you were a participant in earlier VMI modules and would like to continue the program, please contact Cathy Garrison to confirm your registration today!

Upon completion of all four modules of the program, a framed “Certificate in Veterinary Practice Administration“ will be presented to each graduate.
Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine provides an average of 15 hours of Continuing Education credit for the completion of each of the four modules. A form will be provided for your records.
