Questions & Answers

Question: How do the online trainings work exactly? I noticed some are for 2 weeks, some for 3. How many credit hours are received?
Answer: The length of the workshops differ by workshop but most are completed over a 2 week periods. Those that sign up will be provided additional information about what is expected from the workshop around a week or so before the workshop start date. Typically there is an introductory conference call on day one with detailed instructions of the course contents and expectations. The course contents general consists of going to an online link (available 24 hrs a day), complete some reading assignments, view videos and/or powerpoint presentations, answer some discussion questions. At the end of the 2 or 3 week course the instructor may have another conference call. The 2 week workshops offer 6 continuing education credits while the 3 week workshops offer 8 credits
Question: I don't have or remember my Confirmation Number. How can I get it?
Answer: Click on the "already registered" link under the "Register Now" button at the bottom of the page. Input your first name, last name, email address and click on the "confirmation number" link in the text under the Confirmation Number box. Your confirmation number will be emailed to you.
Question: How do I make a credit card payment AFTER registering?
Answer: Click on the "already registered" link under the "Register Now" button at the bottom of the page. Input your email address, confirmation number and click "OK". Click the "Submit Payment" tab at the top of the page and enter credit card information and click the "Submit Payment" button at the bottom of the page. Question: Can I make changes to my registration?
Answer:

Yes. Click on the "already registered" link under the "Register Now" button at the bottom of the page. Input your email address, confirmation number and click "OK".

- Most people will not know their confirmation number so enter your email address and click on the "confirmation number" link and your confirmation # will be emailed to you to allow you to complete the registration process.  

- Once your confirmation number is received, enter your email address and confirmation number and click the “OK” button.

- On the left top of the page, click the “Modify” tab.

- Ensure all your information is correct (at least the required items that are in red print) and click “Next”.

- Scroll down to the new workshop you want to add and check the box next to the new title.  Click “Next

- Review information showing new workshop added. Click “Next"  

 

Question: Can I add an additional workshop after the initial registration?
Answer: Yes. Follow the procedures under the question "Can I make changes to my Registration". Once the workshops are listed, place a check next to the workshop(s) you want to add.Click "next" and "finish" buttons to update and complete your registration.
Question: How do I cancel a registered workshop?
Answer: Follow the procedures under the question "Can I make changes to my Registration". Once the workshops are listed, place a check in the "unregister"; box next to the workshop you want to cancel. Click next and finish until complete.
