You may cancel your registration at any time by returning to your registration online or emailing us. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 80% of the registration fee. Registrations cancelled less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. For registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event there will be no refund, however you may substitute an attendee at anytime by emailing us.
