Virtual World Conference

The World Conference happened on 11–14 June 2017, but you can still join IABC’s first Virtual World Conference, an online companion to the in-person event. You’ll be able to access some of the best break-out sessions, all without leaving the office. The sessions included in this event were hand-selected by IABC’s Program Advisory Committee. They took great care to provide you with an assortment of offerings.

The 2017 Virtual World Conference includes:

  • Five Virtual Sessions selected by IABC’s Program Advisory Committee.
  • The opportunity to apply credits toward professional certification. Learn more.
  • A bonus session from INXPO, our virtual event provider.

And, there are some great options for connecting with your peers:

  • Group Chat—Discuss ideas with other virtual conference attendees
  • Twitter—Engage on social media directly from the virtual conference
  • Network Lounge—Connect with your peers in the IABC Lounge

This is a way to access part of the World Conference without going anywhere! 

Virtual conference packages

If you did not attend the conference, you can buy two sessions that were held on Monday at US$200, three sessions on Tuesday for US$300 or all five for for US$500. Plus, if you’re an IABC member, you’ll get 50 percent off.

Accessing the virtual conference sessions: Upon confirmation of purchase, you will receive login details within 48 hours to access the virtual conference session(s). You will have access to these sessions for 90 days after you receive your login credentials. These details will be emailed to the email address you used when you checked out. If you do not receive your login credentials within 48 hours, please email conference@iabc.com.

Conference Fees:
Fees are shown in U.S. dollars. All credit card charges will be processed in U.S. dollars, and your financial institution will convert at the prevailing exchange rate. Checks will be accepted in U.S. and Canadian dollars at the above rates; to inquire about paying by check, please email conference@iabc.com.

Confirmation of Registration:
You will receive confirmation of your registration by email. You will receive invoices only upon written request to conference@iabc.com. Invoices will be sent to you by e-mail. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.

Accessing the virtual conference sessions:

If you do not receive your login credentials within 48 hours, please email conference@iabc.com. Please note that access is for individual use and not for group sharing.

Cancellations/Substitutions:
Sorry, as this is a virtual event, refunds are not be granted after the event link is sent. 
However, with written confirmation from the person registered, substitutions may be made at any time. Please submit substitution requests by e-mail to conference@iabc.com. Non-member substitutes must pay the balance of a non-member registration if replacing a member.
