Event Policies

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Visit Orlando reserves the right to refuse / cancel registrations. If Visit Orlando refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Event Cancellation
Visit Orlando reserves the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather, a change in speaker or venue availability, low enrollment, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Visit Orlando cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be posted on the Visit Orlando website and registrants will be notified, if possible.

Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three days (72 hours) before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received at MemberRelations@visitorlando.com or through the online registration form by the stated cancellation deadline (three business days - 72 hours - unless otherwise noted). Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and should be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used.

Late Registration
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, on-site registrants are subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee and are subject to availability.

Photography Policy
By attending this Visit Orlando Membership Event, you understand that you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped and you hereby give Visit Orlando the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You hereby waive, release and forever Visit Orlando from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image. Visit Orlando shall not be obligated to use, and may elect not to use, your image.

Non-Member Registration Policy
Non-members of Visit Orlando are welcome to attend events if the event has a non-member option, and if space is available, as a way to become familiar with Visit Orlando. Visit Orlando will allow non-member companies to attend a maximum of three (3) events* per fiscal year (Jan 1-Dec 31).  A company may have multiple employees that attend a single event or one employee that attends an event. In either case that event attendance shall count as one of the three occurrences permitted by this policy. After a non-member company has attended their three events, said company may not attend future events within the same fiscal year without obtaining Visit Orlando membership. All non-member registrations must be paid in advance at the time of registration, at the non-member rate, and are subject to availability.
*This excludes the Signature Luncheons and Visit Orlando's Party at Pointe Orlando which are open to members and non-members alike and do not count towards this total of three (3) events per year.

These above policies apply to all Visit Orlando events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, on-site registrants are subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee and are subject to availability.
