This class is made up of walking-based moves that utilize various basic steps and accompanying movements that are repeated at specific intervals for an exhilarating full-body workout. Walking is a low-impact physical activity. This class is designed to fit the needs of those with mild osteoarthritis and can be adjusted to suit the needs of most attendees.
