AWEA and AWWA AL/MS will host the Second Annual WATER AND WASTEWATER TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE offering trending water and wastewater treatment technology information for engineers, utility managers, and operation / maintenance staff.
Classroom sessions will be provided during the morning and early afternoon offering a variety of water and wastewater treatment related topics with up to 12.0 PDH/CEU available. Afternoon sessions will conclude with round table discussions of regulatory wastewater related topics and parallel with a water treatment discussion in another room.
During lunch on Monday, November 14, our Keynote Speaker, Bruce Manning of CH2M's St. Louis, Missouri office will speak on Distribution System Chemistry, with a focus on corrosion prevention. Constituent and regulatory issues related to the Flint, Michigan water quality crisis will be a highlight of the discussion.
On the morning of Tuesday, November 15, a tour of the City of Auburn's H. C. Morgan Water Pollution Control Facility will be offered to showcase a first-hand demonstration of the performance and operation of Trojan's UVSigna System and Aerzen high-speed turbo blower technology.
