The 2016 WBA Deposit Compliance School will be held November 7-8 at the Wintergreen Resort & Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells. Classes will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday and conclude at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The optional WBA Deposit Compliance Alumni Update Seminar will be held on November 9, starting at 8:30 a.m. and concluding at 4:00 p.m.

WBA Deposit Compliance Alumni Update Seminar - November 9, 2016This new Alumni Update Seminar was developed to provide past and current WBA Deposit Compliance School attendees and seasoned compliance officers the opportunity to review hot topics and current issues in deposit compliance. Using a combination of seminar presentations and group discussions, the topics at this seminar will change each year based on current issues and hot topics. Topics identified for 2016 include: E-banking issues (including E-sign, E-banking, mobile banking, same day ACH vs. NACHA rules and remote deposit capture) and current issues/trends in BSA/AML.
The registration fee for attending the school and seminar is $755, and includes program registration, instruction and materials, and most meals. The registration fee for attending the school only (Monday & Tuesday) is $535. The registration fee for attending the seminar only (Wednesday) is $250.
Lodging is available for an additional $60 per night.
