Marketing Analyst, American Express Global Network Marketing
In her work for the American Express, Selects Team in Global Network Marketing, Nina develops and supports marketing strategies and initiatives that optimize merchant relationships through discount offers in over 100 Global markets. Supervising the Amex Network Omniture suite and the web analytics for those programs in that suite, she designs, implements and manages reporting strategies using the Site Catalyst analytics suite for new capabilities developed and digital partnerships forged within the Global Network Marketing group. Nina graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.
Phil Kemelor, Moderator
Vice President, Strategic Analytics - Semphonic
Phil is the head of Semphonic’s Washington, DC office and has 14 years of experience in the Web analytics field. Since joining Semphonic in 2007, Kemelor has led the company’s strategic planning, government and nonprofit practices. He was the lead analyst for The CMS Watch Web Analytics Report, an annual evaluation of Web analytics software vendors and the author of The Executive's Guide to Web Site Measurement and Testing.
Prior to joining Semphonic, Kemelor co-founded and served as Principal Consultant for NetGenesis, one of the first web analytics software companies and led the Web analytics program at Bell Atlantic. He has also managed Web development, business process and operations initiatives for US Pharmacopeia, Verizon, SAIC and the United States Postal Service.
