She has 25 years experience producing learning games for behavior modification that have been shown to improve the performance of individuals in stressful situations. She holds the U.S. Patent for creating video-based Virtual Experience Immersive Learning Simulations (VEILS®) which has won over 40 awards. Sharon was on the design team of the landmark DxTer program for training emergency room physicians in 1986.

Jim joined BrandGames in 1994, helping pioneer the “advergaming” marketing strategy that leverages videogames as a media platform. He was the Director of Marketing at Reuters Television before joining BrandGames, developing employee communications and corporate identity programs.
Carlson Bull Principal and Director of Animation, Bully! Entertainment Baltimore, MDFounded with a firm belief that good storytelling and strong character design will someday save the world, Carlson opened Bully! Entertainment in 2006 to focus on character animation and story-based interactive experiences. Since that time this game design studio has attracted clients including PBSKids, NASA, Discovery and Nestlé for a wide range of broadcast and online projects.Prior to Bully!, Carlson did his agency work at Planit, a Baltimore ad firm that acquired his previous company in 2003. Here Carlson built a nationally recognized animation department and helped launch an entertainment division called Buoyant Duck winning clients such as National Geographic TV and Film, Caterpillar and Nickelodeon. When not at the studio, Carlson spends his time corralling his 4 young children from whom he draws endless inspiration. His school years were spent at Skidmore College and Art Center College of Design.￼
