Webinar: Accepting an Application January 18

We'll go through the process of what should be in an application packet and what to do when the application is presented to you. We'll also discuss what to do when the application is mailed to you or dropped in your DropBox.

Anita Moseman is a national certified trainer for NAHMA (certified to train CPO and Fair Housing). She has trained Fair Housing, HOME, tax credit and organization courses throughout the country. She has been in the affordable housing industry for more than 28 years and brings a hands-on knowledge to the compliance and management sessions that she leads. Anita serves as a member of NAHA’s SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) Technical Advisory Committee for the SHCM designation.

Anita is also Vice President and Broker of Record for Monfric Reality, Inc., (a property management and consulting firm based in Grand Junction, Colorado) and CEO of Collins Management in Kalispell, Montana. She holds a Montana Real Estate Broker License in addition to her Colorado Broker’s License.
