The Corporate Resolution Management System (“CRMS”) and MERS Signing Officers webinar covers the use of the CRMS and the role and responsibilities of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”) Signing Officers. This MERS® Webinar is offered quarterly and provides CRMS Managers, CRMS Manager Admins and MERS Signing Officers with an overview of the CRMS requirements for MERS Signing Officers and the roles, capabilities and functionality of the CRMS.

At the end of the webinar, you will be able to:

  • Navigate the CRMS

  • Identify the roles and responsibilities of the CRMS Manager and the Signing Officer

  • Explain the distinction between Certification and Appointment

  • Certify as a Signing Officer
