In the second webinar of our EPL series, Andrea Asan will cover addiction basics and ways that employees are and are not protected by the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as state laws. Additionally, recent trends towards medical and legal recreational marijuana will be discussed. By the end of the webinar, learners will have tips to formulate their own effective drug policy, as well as identify instances when they are able to test for drug use and abuse, both before and during employment.
