As social media use continues to grow, healthcare employers are struggling to find ways to protect themselves and employees from liability. During this webinar, participants will learn about situations where employers can legally utilize social media to hire and monitor employees as well as an employee’s right to privacy under the Fourth Amendment and First Amendment speech protections. Additionally, participants will hear tips on creating an effective social media policy.
