Preparation is key to any endeavor, and the same principal holds true for preparing witnesses in a lawsuit. This presentation will be an overview of the key tactics used to prepare witnesses including the concepts of consistency, credibility, and the ultimate results. Good witness preparation will lead to consistency in testimony, develops witness credibility, and results in success at trial.
