The research is clear about what we see in organizations that are high-performing. Interestingly enough, it's not technology or funding that creates remarkable performance - it's how we treat each other. This presentation is based on the research from Positive Leadership. It teaches the three ratios of communication that suggest performance levels. Participants will learn specifics of communication patterns that support high performance and those patterns that damage performance. One of the highlights of the presentation is how to deliver coaching messages that lead to improvement and getting more of behaviors that work.
