Anita serves as a member of NAHA’s SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) Technical Advisory Committee for the SHCM designation.Anita is also Vice President and Broker of Record for Monfric Reality, Inc., (a property management and consulting firm based in Grand Junction, Colorado) and CEO of Collins Management in Kalispell, Montana.
