EDS is calling for poster presentations. Poster presentations are visual displays of material, usually combining text, images and graphics information. Posters may be on any topic relevant to the conference theme.
The posters will be displayed in the catering area for the duration of the conference. It is expected that the presenter will be available to discuss their poster with conference participants during the drinks hour prior to the Conference Dinner (Wednesday 11 August, 6pm – 7.30pm).
Specific information regarding size and mounting requirements will be provided with the notice of acceptance. A maximum of 15 posters are able to be displayed.
Abstracts must be submitted by Friday 8 July 2016.

All presenting authors will be required to register and pay in order to ensure their abstract is included in the final programme. Poster paper presenters will be able to register at the discounted rate of $295 for the conference. This is the NGO/Full Time Student registration rate. The deadline for authors to register for the conference is Friday 31 July 2015.
By submitting an abstract you give consent to publication of the abstract in conference material. All abstracts must be original work. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the abstract. If you have any questions or require any further information, please contact us at Abstract Submission.
Once an abstract has been accepted, authors should use the following guidelines in preparing their posters:
Please use A0 (841mm x 1189mm) or A1 (594mm x 841mm) paper format.
The poster can be in portrait or landscape orientation.
