| Women Deliver is a global advocacy organization that brings together voices from around the world to call for improved health and well-being for girls and women. Women Deliver 2013 will be one of the largest conferences on women’s health and empowerment to date, gathering global leaders, advocates, civil society members, media and more. Attending journalists will also have access to a media workroom and press conferences, and the opportunity to meet and interview global health leaders. In addition to on-site press conferences, reporters will have full access to the exhibit hall and more than 120 conference sessions, including plenaries, presidential sessions and concurrent sessions. Reporters can also attend any side events that are open to media. Please contact side event organizers with any questions.
Media Workroom: All accredited journalists will have access to the media workroom, which will have computers, internet service, and interview space available. The media workroom, which is located in the Banquet Hall on Level 3, will be open from:
- Monday, May 27: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Tuesday, May 28 to Thursday, May 30: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Social Media and Virtual Attendance: There are several ways to engage virtually and through social media.

Press Conferences
- Official Press Conferences: Each day from there will be an official Women Deliver press conference, which will align with daily themes and feature high-level speakers. All official press conferences will take place on in Room 302 on Level 3. The schedule for the Women Deliver press conferences is:
o Tuesday, May 28: 11:45 – 12:30pm
o Wednesday, May 29: 12 – 1:00pm
o Thursday, May 30: 12 – 1:00pm
- Partner Press Conferences: Organizations will make announcements related to women’s health and well-being. The full press schedule will be available in the media workroom and on the Women Deliver 2013 website. All partner press conferences will be held on Rooms 302 and 303 on Level 3 on:
o Tuesday, May 28: 2:30 – 4:30pm
o Wednesday, May 29: 2:30 – 4:30pm
o Thursday, May 30: 2:30 – 3:15pm
