After that point, only credit card and on-site payments (by cash, check or credit card) will be accepted.

Before you book your travel and airfare, please be advised that there are several partner meetings planned for the day before and day following the conference. Visit the Partner Events and Meetings page for more information, and we will be updating the page with more meetings frequently.
*Youth registration is available for all participants under 30 years as of 1 May 2013. All youth registrants will be required to provide proof of age by submitting a scanned copy of their passport or valid ID before the event.
**Group registration is available for groups of 25 or more. Please email registration@womendeliver.org if you'd like to apply for the Group Registration discount.
On site registration will occur in Exhibit Hall 1 during the following:
Monday, 27 May: 8:00-19:00
Tuesday, 28 May: 7:30-18:30
Wednesday, 29 May: 8:00-17:00
You can expect a line at registration—even for those who paid for the conference in advance—on Tuesday morning, plan to arrive at one hour before the start of opening (which begins at 8:30). If you arrive the day before, please come and register on-site early. We are open at 8:00, and at 17:00 we will have Lemonade and Satays and the Exhibit Halls, all four of them, will open.
At registration, you will receive your conference bag and name badge. You must have your name badge at all times to be admitted to the Exhibition Hall, Concurrent Sessions, and Plenary Hall and Auditorium. Exhibitor’s badges will only be allowed in the Exhibition Halls.
What is the policy for refunds and cancellations?
Conference registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received on or before April 15, 2013, less a $125 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2013, with no exceptions.
