About Women Deliver 2013 When is Women Deliver 2013? The conference is May 28-30, 2013. What is Women Deliver? Women Deliver is a global advocacy organization bringing together voices from around the world to call for action to improve the health and well-being of girls and women. Where is Women Deliver 2013? The conference will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Registration & Accommodation How much does registration cost? The regular registration rate is $650, with no exceptions. On-site registration will cost $800. Youth who are under 30-years-old are eligible for a rate of $400 at all times except on-site. Are group rates available? Discount rates are available for groups of 25 or more. Please contact registration@womendeliver.org for more information.
How can I register more than one person using the same payment method? If you wish to register more than one person using the same payment method, you will see an option to add participants after you enter in the first person’s details.
What is the policy for refunds and cancellations? Conference registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received on or before April 15, 2013, less a $125 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2013, with no exceptions. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to registration@womendeliver.org. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Are meals included as part of my registration? Breakfast is included in the rate of each hotel we link to through Registration. Lunch will be provided each day, and one dinner will be provided.
What hotels do you recommend? When you register, you will see a list of hotel options and rates. These hotels all have negotiated discount rates for Women Deliver 2013 attendees. Visiting Kuala Lumpur Do I need a passport to visit Kuala Lumpur? Yes. All visitors must have a passport valid for at least six months following your departure date from Malaysia.

Can I have an official invitation for visa purposes? You will receive an official visa letter via email once your registration is confirmed.
Do I need a yellow fever vaccine? A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from all visitors or delegates (Malaysians and Foreigners) coming from or going to/through Yellow fever endemic countries as listed below: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central Africa Republic, Chad, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Panama, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago and Venezuela. How to I get from the airport to my hotel or to the conference center? The KLIA Express Train is the safest, fastest and easiest mode of transportation from the airport to the hotels and conference center. Please click here for more information. Scholarships Can I apply for a scholarship? Unfortunately, the deadline to submit scholarship applications passed on April 23, 2012. We cannot offer any more scholarships.
What do scholarships include? Scholarships include round-trip economy-class airfare (from the point of origin to Kuala Lumpur and back to the point of origin ONLY), hotel stay during the length of the conference, registration and a modest per diem.
