In 2010, Dow AgroSciences Women’s Innovation Network became engaged in helping to form a pilot program on coaching for women’s leadership development; this approach, we believe, may have real potential to result in lasting change in our company. Michelle will discuss the results of 2011 pilot program and subsequent expansion of the coaching initiative at Dow AgroSciences.
