Payments, Receipts, and Failed Transactions

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.  Only credit card payments are accepted.

Mailing Address: Our mailing address is: P.O. Box 13993 Arlington, VA 22219.
Receipts: Once you payment is processed, you will be sent an e-mail with your payment information.

My Registration: A link to your "My Registration" page will be included in your e-mail receipt.  This page provides the details of your registration and payment information. You can access your "My Registration" page from your confirmation e-mail or by clicking the "Already Registered" link and entering your name, e-mail address provided during registration, and confirmation number. If you do not have your confirmation number, there's a link to have it e-mailed to you. 

Failed Transactions: If your credit card transaction fails, you will receive an e-mail notice. If this happens, your registration was not completed and you will need to re-register. The most common reason for transaction failures is incorrect address or security code number. By default, Cvent includes a registrant's address as the credit card billing address. Therefore check the billing address to ensure it is correct or modify if needed. For security reasons, we also require the card's security PIN located on the back of the card. Another reason for card failure is entering a misspelled name for the card holder. If you have a failed payment, try again or contact the Reservations POC (see "Contacts" page linked on the menu bar). We can investigate the reason for the payment failure.
