Xactware will seek continuing education credits for adjusters with Utah, Texas, or Florida licenses ("General" CE credits for Texas and "Options" CE credits for Florida). Details about which courses qualify will be available at the event.
Attendees wanting CE credit must check in at the CE table at the beginning of the conference and show proof of licensure (license number, complete name, photo ID). Attendees must also sign in at each course, thereby showing proof of attendance at each session.
No. It is the provider’s responsibility to file a complete roster of attendees with the respective agencies (i.e. Florida DFS or Sircon for Texas).
CE credit filing fees are included with your conference registration.
Reciprocity refers to a mutual agreement between states whereby one state will recognize the validity of another state’s license and issue its own license accordingly. For example, an adjuster holding a Texas license can obtain a Florida license without having to take additional exams or coursework.
For more details on how reciprocity works and what specific licenses are covered by this agreement (i.e. independent adjuster vs. company adjuster), you can view information on either Florida or Texas. Credits must be registered within 20-30 days of attending the conference. Please check with your state’s licensing agency regarding fees.
