Cvent's Web Survey software allows you to distribute surveys in four ways:
- Send customized email invitations that link directly to your survey. Schedule automated reminder emails and partial response reminders to optimize your response count
- Post a link to the survey on your website. After completing the survey, redirect respondents back to your website
- Kiosk mode allows respondents to complete the survey from any kiosk or laptop connected to the internet. The survey is automatically refreshed after completion for the next respondent
- Manually enter paper-based surveys (mail, fax) then analyze results using Cvent's reporting functions
- Phone-based surveys can be directly entered into your survey from the call agent's PC
