Agency | Another word for a third-party meeting planning company. A third-party planner is tasked with handling all meeting and event logistics on behalf of the end user. Many brides hire an agency or third-party planner to manage the wedding planning process including negotiation with venues and vendors, coordinating transportation and selecting décor. Working with a meeting planning agency reduces stress by placing the workload on someone else. Many third-party planners utilize Cvent’s event management software to increase their negotiating power, better manage their budgets and eliminate tedious data entry.
