What are the differences between a hard and soft bounced email?

Cvent's advanced email marketing engine has the ability to let you know the exact number of hard and soft email bounces. A hard email bounce is one that has bounced due to a permanent failure, most likely because the email address does not exist. A soft bounce is a bounced email sometimes due to the recipient's inbox being full, or the email server being unavailable.
