Event Questionnaire
Definition:
Event Questionnaire | There are several types of event questionnaires that can be conducted - pre-event questionnaires, post-event questionnaires, and regret questionnaires. Pre-event questionnaires allow planners to identify attendee expectations. Post-event questionnaires allow planners to evaluate if attendees were happy with their event experience and make improvements in the future. Regret questionnaires allow attendees to specify why they could not attend an event - these regret questionnaires allow planners to identify if certain issues such as date, location, or schedule conflicts caused lower attendance or attrition.
