A “call to action” includes text or images that encourage prospects to take a specific action, such as “Click here to register for the event.” Clients also utilize personalization to make the recipient feel as if the email is directed towards them. Cvent allows clients to use over 40 standard and unlimited personalization tags in emails such as Name, Title, Company, and other custom data tags like Graduating Class or Membership Chair.
