How can I increase my response rate for my surveys?
Answer:
Cvent clients have found that offering an incentive or reward for filling out a survey helps to increase response rates. Offering incentives is not the ideal strategy for every user, but should be considered as an option. Personalizing a survey also helps; Cvent allows clients to use over 40 standard and unlimited personalization tags in emails such as Name, Title, Company, and other custom data tags.
