How can I avoid writing survey questions that are misleading?
Answer:
Questions should be easy to understand, short, and direct. If you are using a scale system, utilize the Cvent Response Library so that the scales are uniform throughout your survey. Cvent clients typically have multiple people, with different access rights, review their survey to make sure that the questions are not misleading or biased. Some clients set up their account so that only select people have 'editing' rights but they do not have the ability to launch the survey. Some of our client utilize Cvent's Professional Services team to help refine their questions and even provide an appropriate demographic to send the survey to.
