Fortingall has a history of producing outstanding cuisine using locally sourced produce and creating imaginative menus. Our team carefully source seasonal and local produce and create imaginative and tempting dishes for a menu that changes each day. We have two dining rooms at the hotel. The Main Dining Room is stylish and elegant, furnished with Arts and Crafts style furniture and subtle tweed curtains. There is an open fire during the colder months. Double doors open onto our lounge area. The Yew Dining Room is beautifully decorated with a log fire and candle chandeliers, it overlooks the garden, and offers intimacy and exclusive dining facilities.
