The Yas Marina Circuit Event Management team, on behalf of clients, have created themed gala dinners, complete with décor. Conceptualized business recognition award ceremonies and delivered full scale entertainment productions. The team regularly attend trade conferences to ensure best practice and keep up to date with industry trends. Clients are able to take advantage of in house design, marketing and communications, facilities management, health and safety and security capabilities to deliver their event to the highest of standards and without the need to contract an agency for event services. Our award winning in-house Media and Communications team regularly work with our clients to create successful campaigns, realising foot fall to the event and maximizing engagement across social and traditional media platforms. The circuit allows 24 hour access for set up and operates in accordance to UK Health and Safety Guidelines, with a UK qualified HSE specialist who will provide guidance for the completion of all HSE documentation. The venue features over 900 CCTV cameras in addition to a fully serviced operations center with 20 fitted work stations that allow overview of virtually any area of the venue at a given point in time. We regularly operate high profile conferences with secured entry points. Additionally, a fully functional private medical center operates exclusively for events and track activity held within the venue. A qualified team of transport staff, experienced in traffic management and transport operations are on hand to assist clients with coordinating the traffic and car parking plans for events with a large number of participants.
