Cancellation Policy
o Total group/ event cancelation (subject to change) ▪ The Client will communicate any cancelations to the Hotel Group Coordination Team in writing, to which the following rules will apply: No later than 90 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 35% of the estimated accommodation revenue. Between 89 and 60 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 50% of the estimated accommodation revenue. Between 59 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 75% of the estimated accommodation revenue and 100% of the estimated Meeting room revenue. Between 29 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the estimated accommodation revenue, 100% of the estimated Meeting room revenue and 50% of the estimated F&B (food and beverages) revenue. 14 days or less prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the estimated accommodation, Meeting rooms and F&B revenue.
