Cancellation Policy
Group Cancellation Policy for rooms: In case of a cancellation, the first 30% deposit paid will not be refunded. Should the hotel cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded twice the value. - For groups of 20 rooms or less: The client (or the hotel) can cancel a reservation without any extra charges until 30 days prior to arrival. For a cancellation, total or partial, between 30 and 3 days prior to arrival, the client will be invoiced additional fees corresponding to 30% of the cancelled room rates. Should the hotel cancel the reservation, the hotel will pay 60% of the cancelled room rates. For a cancellation, total or partial, less than 3 days prior to arrival, the client will be globally invoiced 90% of the cancelled room rates. Should the hotel cancel the reservation, the hotel will pay 180% of the cancelled room rates. - For groups of 21 rooms or more: The client (or the hotel) can cancel a reservation without any extra charges until 90 days prior to arrival. For a cancellation, total or partial, between 90 and 30 days prior to arrival, the client will be invoiced additional fees corresponding to 30% of the cancelled room rates. Should the hotel cancel the reservation, the hotel will pay 60% of the cancelled room rates. For a cancellation, total or partial, less than 30 days prior to arrival, the client will be globally invoiced 90% of the cancelled room rates. Should the hotel cancel the reservation, the hotel will pay 180% of the cancelled room rates. No shows are charged 100%.
