Arvada has an estimated population of 109,745 and a robust mix of businesses. Its rich history lives on in its historic downtown, Olde Town, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Marked by an old water tower, the downtown is lined with boutique shops, antique stores and quaint dining experiences. It is also the future site for three area transit stops on FasTracks, Denver metro's light-rail system currently under development.

Just 30 minutes from Denver International Airport to the east and 15 minutes from downtown Denver (find Denver event venues and Denver meeting space), it's easily accessible via intersecting interstate highways. Arvada's nearly 23,000 acres include parks and open spaces, offering visitors access to an exceptional trail system linked to Denver trails on the east and Rocky Mountain foothills to the west.

Arvada event venues include the pride of the city, the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, one of the largest multi-disciplinary art and cultural centers in the country. The Center offers everything from award-winning theater productions and concerts to educational classes. The Center also boasts the largest meeting space in Arvada, at 9,300 square feet in three meeting rooms (the largest is 7,000 square feet) with on-site catering.

Located in west Arvada, the Great Occasions Event Center offers 3,600 square feet of flexible space to accommodate up to 150 guests. The banquet hall also has a cozy fireplace.
