Cancellation Policy
EVENTS & ACCOMODATION CANCELATION POLICY The Hotel has made available for the Organiser the Guest Rooms and Function Space required for the purposes of the Agreement. The Organiser acknowledges that the cancellation of the Agreement will cause the Hotel significant financial loss. Therefore, the Organiser agrees to abide by the following Cancellation Policy: • If the Organiser cancels the Agreement in writing and it is received by the Hotel more than 90 days prior to the Event, the initial deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. • If the Organiser cancels the Agreement in writing and it is received by the Hotel between 89 and 61 days prior to the Event, the Organiser agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the estimated charges as at the date of cancellation. • the Organiser cancels the Agreement in writing and it is received by the Hotel between 60 and 31 days prior to the Event, the Organiser agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee of seventy-five percent (75%) of the estimated charges as at the date of cancellation. • If the Organiser cancels the Agreement in writing and it is received by the Hotel within 30 days of the Event, the Organizer agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee of One Hundred percent (100%) of the estimated charges as at the date of cancellation
