All Reservations for 10 or more Nights Require Credit Card Deposit of 100% of stay due at time of booking. All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. In Fair Season cancellation policy will be 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the whole stay. Children under 12 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult.
